Human Resources director named
 Donna Evinger, an Evansville native with 20 years experience in Human Resources management in Chicago, Illinois and Long Island, New York, has been named director of Human Resources.In addition to operating as an independent consultant to mid-sized organizations for several years, Evinger was director of Global Human Resources for Resilien Inc., an international computer and electronics distributor and manufacturer in Melville, New York. “I am delighted to return to my native Evansville to a position at USI that combines my passions for education and human resources,” she said. She also served as vice president of Corporate Human Resources for HHL Financial Services, Inc., a national healthcare financial services firm located in Woodbury, New York; and vice president of Human Resources at Pioneer Bank and Trust Company in Chicago. Also in Chicago, she served as board president and volunteer human resources consultant for Asi, Inc., a not-for-profit social service agency with special focus on the Hispanic community. She also has experience in education, having taught high school and adult education courses, and holds a Master of Arts degree from University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Mary-of-the-Woods College. Evinger is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management and the Evansville-Area Human Resource Association. |
