Phi Delta Theta celebrates 20 years

The Indiana Lambda chapter of Phi Delta Theta at the University of Southern Indiana is celebrating its 20th anniversary as a chapter with a dinner at Oak Meadow Golf Club on October 14, 2006. The club’s founding president Marc Duhe will lead opening remarks. Andrew McGuire, chapter president, and David Green, Kappa South Province president, will offer comments during the evening. As part of the celebration the Carl A. Jones and Charles R. Bergwitz Scholarship will be presented. Aaron Hubers, 20th anniversary chairman, will offer concluding remarks. The Indiana Lambda chapter of Phi Delta Theta offers members opportunities for leadership, service, and traditions to enhance the college experience at USI. The local chapter has 50 members. The faculty advisor is Robert Jeffers, instructor in advertising, and the chapter advisor is Ryan Foncannon. The chapter has received the General Headquarters Gold Star and the USI’s highest Greek award, Vice President’s Award for Chapter Excellence. |
