Federal agents will offer information about career opportunities

Agents with the U.S. Secret Service and the Federal Air Marshal Service will be at USI next week in two separate lectures. Agent Jim Dennis of the U.S. Secret Service will talk with students about his career and career opportunities for those interested in law enforcement. His lecture will be at 2 p.m. on Monday, April 9 in Forum 1. Students and the general public are welcome. A question and answer session will be part of the event. At 2 p.m. on Wednesday, April 11 in Forum 1 Agent Scott Pickett of the Federal Air Marshal Service will talk to students. The Federal Air Marshal Service is focused on making travel safe for the public. Agents work to detect, deter, and defeat hostile acts targeting U.S. air carriers, airports, passengers, and crews. A question and answer session will be part of the event. Students and the general public are welcome. Both events are sponsored by the Political Science Club.
