Performance evaluation training for support staff supervisors and managers

Kim Greenlee, assistant director of Human Resources, will lead performance evaluation training for support staff supervisors and managers April 24-25.

The training sessions will help supervisors and managers understand the importance of ongoing performance feedback. Participants also will learn how to prepare for and effectively conduct evaluations.

New, as well as experienced, managers and supervisors are encouraged to attend. Any employee interested in learning more about the USI support employee performance evaluation process also is encouraged to attend.

Sessions will be held from 2 to 3:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 24, and 10:30 a.m. to noon Wednesday, April 25, in FA 164 in the Wright Administration Building.
