Saturday Art Workshop for children offered

Children age 6 to 14 have the opportunity to work with USI art students and faculty during the Saturday Art Workshop. The workshop will be held from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on two Saturdays, November 10 and November 17, in the USI Technology Center. Students will create two- and three-dimensional artwork including collages, paintings, printmaking, ceramics, and more. They will be grouped by age with a maximum of 20 per group and will display their works. The registration fee of $30 includes supplies and lunch. The Art Workshop is coordinated by Dr. Joseph Uduehi, associate professor of art education. To register call Extended Services at 812/464-1989 or 800/467-8600.
