Nursing Leadership Conference canceled

The Nursing Leadership Conference co-sponsored by the USI College of Nursing and Health Professions and the Indiana Organization of Nurse Executives (IONE) scheduled for Wednesday, March 19, at USI has been canceled.

The speaker was scheduled to fly out of the Dallas airport today. Due to severe weather, that airport has been closed, as have many others throughout the south and midwest.

Airline officials have advised there is no chance of travel in time for tomorrow morning’s scheduled start.

USI Extended Services is attempting to notify all enrolled individuals. If you have questions, email extserv@usi.edu or call 812/464-1989.

Every effort will be made to reschedule the conference later this spring. Information about refunds will be forthcoming once a rescheduling decision is made.
