Spencer County commissions USI study on sewer project

The Spencer County Chamber of Commerce commissioned Dr. Mamun Rashid, associate professor of engineering and an environmental engineer, and Dr. Sue Ellspermann, director of the USI Center for Applied Research (CAR), to conduct community listening sessions for Luce Township residents helping them better understand the sanitary sewer options available for their township. The sessions were held June 17 and 19, followed by facilitation of the July 8 Luce Township Regional Sewer Board.
