President Bennett announces changes in reporting lines
|
The Registrar's Office and the Office of International Programs and Services will report to Academic Affairs. Previously both offices reported to Student Affairs. The Office of Institutional Research and Assessment has been renamed the Office of Planning, Research, and Assessment (OPRA) and will report directly to the president. In other changes, Dr. Robert Parrent, vice president of Student Affairs, will spearhead the organization of the newly created University Athletic Council. Effective January 1, 2010, Human Resources will report to Business Affairs. The department currently reports to Government and University Relations. These organizational changes will be reflected in the University's organizational chart included in the University Handbook. |
