Staged reading of "Hamlet" offered

New Harmony Theatre will offer a reading of William Shakespeare's "Hamlet" at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, August 5, in the Mallette Theatre in the lower level of the Liberal Arts Center.

The cast of "Guys and Dolls" which includes New York actors with Broadway credentials as well as some of USI's top theatre students will be performing "Hamlet." The reading will be directed by USI alumna Kensington Blaylock and feature Lenny Leibowitz, director of New Harmony Theatre, as Claudius.

Tickets are $10 for USI employees and the general public and just $5 for USI students and may be purchased by calling the New Harmony Theatre box office at 812/682-3115.
