Apply for the Epi-Hab Scholarship and earn $1,000 for tuition, books, or living expenses

Brandi Schwartz Marketing Coordinator Outreach & Engagement 812/464-1854 Students who have a disability or assist individuals with disabilities in either their personal lives or workplace are encouraged to apply. To qualify for the scholarship, students must: - Be enrolled in a minimum of three semester hours at USI at the time of application and award - Have completed at USI, or have had accepted for transfer to USI, a minimum of 12 semester hours - Have a minimum cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 2.7 (undergraduates) or 3.0 (graduates) To be considered for the scholarship, students must complete the Epi-Hab application, compose a 1,000 word essay describing their proposed field of study and future career plans, and provide two letters of recommendation. Winners will be selected based on the content and originality of their essay and recommendations. The application deadline for the 2010-2011 Epi-Hab Scholarship is Friday, December 11, 2009. Scholarship winners will be announced during Honors Week in March 2010.
