H1N1 clinic at fitness center November 3

The University of Southern Indiana will sponsor an H1N1 vaccine clinic from 2:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Tuesday, November 3 in the quiet lounge of the Recreation, Fitness, and Wellness Center. The lounge is on the first floor.

Only live , intranasal vaccine will be administered. Those who may receive the vaccine are:

-Healthy students, faculty, staff through age 24 (with no underlying medical conditions)

-Healthy students, faculty, staff ages 25-49 (with no underlying medical conditions) who are caregivers/household contacts of infants less than six months

-Health care provider students and faculty ages 25-49 with no underlying medical conditions
