Coach Watson at 2 p.m. news conference

Bennett will hold a news conference at 2 p.m. today in the Physical Activities Center (PAC) at the University of Southern Indiana. The news conference will be in memory of Jeron Lewis, a senior on the men's basketball team who died last evening after collapsing during a game with Kentucky Wesleyan College. Media and the USI community are welcome to attend the conference. President Bennett issued this statement: "The University community is heartbroken with the passing of this outstanding young man. Jeron was an excellent example of a student athlete who strove to be the best that he could be. He will be truly missed, not only by his teammates, but by the University community. Our prayers are with Jeron's family at this time." The news conference will be carried live by WSWI, USI′s radio station, and will be streamed online at www.820theedge.com.
