Leadership training offered by Extended Services

A leadership development series will be offered this spring through Extended Services at the University of Southern Indiana. Tammy Barnett, a leadership certified trainer with Development Dimensions International (DDI), will offer three one-day sessions. One topic will be explored at each session. Topics are setting performance expectations, delegating to develop others, and building commitment.
