Open Forums on Strategic Planning this week

USI faculty, staff, and students are invited and encouraged to hear USI President Linda L. M. Bennett discuss the progress of the strategic planning process on Monday, March 1, Tuesday, March 2, or Wednesday, March 3. Information, opinions, and observations will be solicited from faculty, staff, and students during the sessions. Three sessions will be available to accommodate busy schedules.

Plan to attend one of the sessions. The first session is 2:30 to 4 p.m. on Monday, March 1. Other sessions will be from 10:30 a.m. to noon on Tuesday, March 2 and 1 to 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday, March 3. All sessions will be in Carter Hall on the second level of the University Center.

The schedule for each session will be
20 minutes, presentation by Dr. Bennett
15 minutes, Q & A
30 minutes, Break into four groups and have discussion (documented on flip charts)
25 minutes, Bring groups back together for debrief
