USI Extended Services announce Epi-Hab Scholarship winners

Brandi Schwartz Marketing Coordinator Outreach & Engagement 812/464-1854 Scholarship recipients will receive $1,000 for tuition, fees, textbooks, and housing. To qualify for the scholarship, applicants must have been enrolled in a minimum of three semester hours at USI at the time of application and award, have completed at USI, or have had accepted for transfer to USI, a minimum of 12 semester hours, and have a minimum cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 2.7 (undergraduate) or 3.0 (graduate). Applicants were required to complete the Epi-Hab application, compose an essay describing their proposed field of study and future career plans, and provide two letters of recommendation. The Epi-Hab Scholarship award winners are: Alycia Benefield (Batson) of Evansville, College of Nursing and Health Professions Lauren Grafe of Newburgh, Pott College of Science and Engineering Kara Keiffner of Jasper, at large winner, College of Nursing and Health Professions Sarah Munjas of Lowell, College of Liberal Arts Justin Rutledge of Poseyville, College of Business Kelsey Sollman of Huntingburg, Bower-Suhrheinrich College of Education and Human Services Scholarship winners will be recognized during Honors Week later this month.
