Volunteers needed for Midnight Breakfast/Chill-Out

Wendy Knipe Bredhold Media Relations Specialist, News & Information Services 812/461-5259 Volunteers from the university community are needed to act as servers, greeters, table bussers, and dish washers from 8:45 to 10 p.m. (A shift), 9:45 to 11 p.m. (B shift), 10:45 to midnight (C shift), and 11:45 to 12:30 or 1 a.m. (depending on clean-up). To volunteer, email Angela Hobkirk, SHA advisor, at amhobkirk@usi.edu, by Thursday, April 22. If you are able to work multiple shifts, indicate your first, second and third choices. Volunteers will be notified of their final shift assignment no later than Monday, April 28. The Midnight Breakfast/Chill-Out will be held from 9 p.m. to midnight. The theme for this year's Chill-Out is "Glow Wild" with a glow-stick dance party. All USI students are welcome to attend. Admission is free with a canned food item (or one dollar) for Archibald's Food Closet and an Eagle Access Card. Canned food items will be donated to Archibald Eagle's Food Closet, USI's food pantry for needy students. |
