Online orientation program launched Nov. 1
|
The Office of the Provost at the University of Southern Indiana is pleased to announce the official launch, on November 1, 2010, of an online orientation program for new students to the University. This online orientation will provide an alternative format for upper class transfer students, adult students, and students serving in the military to receive an orientation to their university prior to enrolling in their first semester of courses. It is one more program that USI has implemented to assist our students in successfully completing their academic goals. The University has partnered with Comevo, LLC to produce this online orientation program that students can access from any computer with web access, 24 hours a day. The online orientation will allow students to complete orientation on their schedule and then work with an academic advisor one-on-one to enroll in courses. Students that complete orientation on-campus and parents of our new students may also use this resource to review information. The online orientation program is being coordinated by the Office of Student Development Programs. |
