Celebrate USI's cultural diversity at the International Food Expo

Wendy Knipe Bredhold Media Relations Specialist, News & Information Services 812/461-5259 Through the Food Expo, USI's international students are given the opportunity to celebrate cultural diversity and share their customs with the USI community and the public. On the menu are dishes from Mexico, Saudi Arabia, Taiwan, Italy, Kenya, Austria, India, Germany, Switzerland, Korea, Nicaragua, Spain, Vietnam, Venezuela, Japan, Indonesia, France, China, and the U.S. Entertainment will include dancing, traditional costumes, and a Tai Chi demonstration. Tickets are $10 in advance, $12 at the door, and $5 for children 12 and under. Children 3 and under will be admitted free. Purchase tickets in the International Programs and Services office, located in the lower level of University Center West. After February 15, the office will be located in University Center East.
