USI student group to host TEDGlobal 2011 live webcast

The theme for this year's TEDGlobal conference, to be held in Scotland July 11-15, is "The Stuff of Life." Read more on the TEDGlobal 2011 website. TED is a nonprofit devoted to "Ideas Worth Spreading." It was founded in 1984 as a conference bringing together people from the worlds of technology, entertainment, and design. Since then its scope has become broader. TEDxLive events enable TED enthusiasts all over the world to experience live sessions of TED conferences. The event is free and open to the public.
