Chris Baumgart Student Worker News & Information Services 812/465-1192 Students should arrive at the testing location 20 minutes before the exam time. Testing will take place in the Business and Engineering Center, the Liberal Arts Center, and the Education Center. Students should check their USI email and mailbox for information on the location of their testing. Late arrivals will check in at the information desk in Rice Library. Students need only bring their USI Eagle Access Card. Calculators, cell phones, and other electronic devices are prohibited. Students who fail to participate in the Assessment Day exam will lose pre-registration privileges. If a student cannot attend during his or her scheduled exam time, special arrangements may be made by contacting the Office of Planning, Research, and Assessment at instres@usi.edu prior to 4 p.m. Friday, September 2. Exemptions and other accommodations may be made for valid reasons only. Any absences must be reported within 10 days and have proper documentation. Assessment Day plays an invaluable role in the University's accreditation process. The results from the test help USI maintain accreditation, remain eligible for federal monetary aid, and make changes to the university curriculum.
