I.                    Call to order 

• Don Broshears called the meeting to order. 

II.                 Approval of Minutes 

• June minutes were approved with changes.

• Motion to approve was made by Sally Townsend, seconded by Lois Stevens. 

III.               Old Business 

• None 

IV.              New Business 

• There were many compliments about the change in the vacation schedule.

• More pictures of the picnic will be available at the Support Staff Meeting.  There will also be a PowerPoint presentation running at the beginning of the meeting.

• The Support Staff Meeting will be August 16, 2001, from 8:30-10:15.  Format will be the same as in years past. 

• Darlene Fisher reported the USI Handbook revisions are near completion and predicted to be distributed at the fall meetings. 

V.                 Adjournment 

• Motion made by Brandi Bauer, seconded by Sandi Migonis.
