Present: Julie Bordelon, Debbie Clark, Christine Crews, Lurretta Daugherty, Carol Diedrich, Darlene Fisher, Yvonne Floyd, Linda Harmon, Chris Jines, Terry Martin, Dan Rodgers, Terri Schaefer, Sheree Seib, Jalane Weber

Debbie Clark called the meeting to order at 2:05 p.m.

A motion to approve the minutes from the May 26, 2004, Staff Council meeting was made by Yvonne Floyd and 2nd by Carol Diedrich.

Darlene Fisher reported that Human Resources will go live with Banner on Jan 1, 2005. Training Sessions for Banner are on Tuesday and Wednesday and could make attending on Wednesday difficult for them, but they will attend as many as possible.

COMMITTEE REPORTS:

NEW BUSINESS:
Discussion was on an information sheet that would be given to each committee member at the Staff Council Retreat. This information sheet would tell the committee members what each position and committee contributes to Staff Council.

OLD BUSINESS
The Staff Council Retreat will be on Wednesday, July 28, 2004, at 10:00 a.m. and will be held in the O’Bannon multipurpose room. Speakers at this event will be Steve Bridges (Project Manager of Banner) and Cynthia Brinker (VP for Governmental Relations)

DISCUSSION AND ANNOUNCEMENTS:
Motion for the meeting to be adjourned was made by Terry Martin and 2nd by Terri Schaefer.
