Current Co-Chairs: Samoa Hempfling and Pam Moore

This committee is responsible for organizing the annual picnic for all university employees.  The picnic is usually held in early June. The committee has also organized a giving tree program for employees, students and community families needing a little extra assistance during the Christmas holiday.

Other projects include:

• coordination and organization for "Family Time with Eagles", which consists of admission for employees to a Men's and Women's basketball game, and other surprises.
• coordination of the Staff Council Adopt-A-Spot
• coordination and organization of food drives for Archibald's Food Closet
• foster the staff interdenominational Bible Study Group
• coordinate the Student Worker Appreciation project in the spring
