Associate Member Information

Region 7 invites NODA's associate members to attend the 2009 Regional Conference.  The $250.00 conference fee for associate members covers your participation in the conference as well as gives you the opportunities to set up a display during the Idea Marketplace and submit program proposals for educational sessions.

We also invite associate members to consider sponsoring portions of the conference itself.  Some examples of possible sponsorship opportunities include (but are not limited to) the following:

• providing or supporting the cost of t-shirts, lanyards, binders or other supplies for conference participants
• sponsoring one or more meals/receptions at the conference
• providing evening entertainment

These sponsorship opportunities would provide increased exposure for your company through logo placement and advertising.  Additionally, sponsors for the conference will receive special recognition in the conference program and at select conference-wide activities.  Finally, some sponsorship opportunities include a waiver of the conference registration fee.
