The deadline for changes to the Fall 2012 Assessment Day schedule is Friday,
September 13th by 4:00 pm.

No additional changes will be made to the Assessment Day schedule after this day.

Be sure to check your USI email and your mailbox for information on times and locations for information about Assessment Day.

To search for your testing time, select the link and enter your USI student ID number. Your testing time and room location will be displayed.
No Classes are scheduled on Assessment Day on or off campus.
Fall Assessment Day is comprised of two sections:
1. ETS - Proficiency Profile
First-time, full-time freshmen and seniors who began their academic career at USI .
The Assessment Day results are used for the accrediting process for USI. If
USI is not accredited, the diploma you receive will be meaningless to future
employers. Also, if USI does not maintain accreditation, the university will not
continue to receive federal financial aid to give to students. Faculty members
may also use the results to make curriculum changes.
2. Senior and
Freshment Experience Surveys

prior to Friday, September 13th at 4:00 pm at
opra@usi.edu to make other arrangements.
**Please include your USI Student ID number (found on your Eagle Access Card) with any email correspondence.**
As a participant, you will need to:

Report to campus (20) minutes before the assigned time to locate your assigned
testing room.

Allow 2 hours for testing.

Bring your USI Eagle Access Card (You will need to provide the 9 digit USI ID number on the card.)

If you arrive late for your testing time, go to the Business & Engineering
Center, first floor lobby information desk.
