ORIENTATION INFORMATION FAIR SPONSOR SIGN UP
Fall 2009 The Orientation Information Fair provides select student organizations, campus departments, and local banks an excellent opportunity to showcase their unique membership benefits and services to incoming students. Our intent is to provide incoming students and their families with all the necessary information to help them be successful at USI. Two options are offered to your organization or department: Staffed Table - By choosing to have a Staffed Table, your organization or department agrees to have someone available at your table at ALL sessions. Requests for electrical access will be taken on a "first-come, first-served" basis and are provided based on availability. We have a limited number of tables and therefore to accommodate requests for a table, you may be asked to share a longer (8 ft.) table with another area. General Table - The second option is for organizations or departments that cannot provide staff for all sessions, or have only one or two pieces of information. A general information table will be provided where we will display your information. By choosing the General Table, your department agrees to provide us with approximately 1000 copies of each piece of information you want displayed. All materials are due in the Office of Student Development Programs by 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 19, 2009. To register for the Orientation Information Fair, you can complete the form online or stop by the Office of Student Development Programs, UC 015. We will take registrations until we have filled all of our tables or 4:30 p.m. on Friday, March 13, 2009.
