AMIGO Responsibilities

Be an AMIGO! AMIGOs are required to fulfill each of the following job duties:

Facilitate small group discussions on various topics with new students or parents
Assist with the academic advising and registration processes for new students
Acquaint new students and parents with campus departments, services, activities, and building locations
Assist in the preparation, organization, and logistics of all orientation activities
Display initiative in approaching new students and families and assisting orientation participants with special needs and concerns
Participate in the implementation of designated Welcome Week activities, Information Booths throughout the semester, and 2013 AMIGO recruitment
