AMIGO Application Checklist

Before you fill out the AMIGO application, please make sure you have completed the following checklist:

Know the requirements
Read through each webpage of the "Become an AMIGO" section in the menu to the left. Each page contains important information about the qualifications, expectations, and time commitments of the AMIGO position.
Address conflicts
If you have a conflict with the AMIGO time commitments, don't count yourself out just yet. Contact David Duvall at 465-7167 to discuss the conflicts you have. Some exceptions can be made.
Identify a reference
The AMIGO application will require you to provide the name and email address of a faculty or staff member to complete a recommendation form on your behalf. Talk to that person before you fill out the application to make sure they are willing to provide that recommendation.
Make sure you have the time
The application will take about 15-20 minutes to complete, and you cannot save your progress along the way. Make sure you start the application when you have enough time to finish it.
