Parent's Guide to Camp Eagle

Parents are invited to participate in Camp Eagle in two ways:

  1. Attend the Kickoff Opening Session on Friday (June 29) from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. This Kickoff includes lunch with your student. Up to two guests are provided with the registration fee. Additional guests must purchase meals ahead of time for $8.25 a piece. 
  2. Attend the Closing Ceremony and Cookout on Sunday (July 1) from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Up to two guests are included in the registration fee. Additional guests must purchase meals ahead of time for $8.25 a piece. 

Participants are asked to indicate on their registration form how many guests will be attending each of these options. 

Is Camp Eagle Affordable? 

The fee for Camp Eagle is $100, which includes all meals (three lunches, two breakfasts, two dinners, and snacks throughout), lodging on campus Friday and Saturday night, transportation, and materials for all activities. The fee is non-refundable.

Thursday Night Check-In

For our out of town participants, overnight accommodations for the night of prior to Camp Eagle (Thursday, June 28) is available for students at the rate of $24. The amount will be charged to the students University account and would appear on your first bill from the University in August.
