Disability Resources

Students with disabilities are encouraged to register for academic accommodation assistance through the University's disability resource program. Registration includes submitting a USI Verification of Disability form with the requisite attachments completed by a licensed clinical specialist, at least 60 days before academic accommodations are needed. Students requesting accommodations on their placement tests should complete the registration process prior to scheduling a placement test appointment. Contact staff at 812/464-1961 as soon as possible to ensure adequate time to complete the registration process. If you or your guests require accommodations to participate in orientation, notify the Orientation staff by filling in the appropriate area of the online reservation form, on the paper reservation form, or by calling Student Development Programs at 812-465-7167 at least three weeks prior to your session.
