Pre-notice and Approval forms
External Grant Forms - These forms are used for External Grant Applications only, not internal awards, such as Endeavor! or FRCWA.
Grant Application Pre-Notice Form - This form is used to notify OSPRA of the intent to apply for External Grant funding. It must be submitted 15 days prior to the grant submission deadline.
Sponsored Project Approval Form - All external grant proposals must receive institutional approval (Dept. Chair, Dean, Business Office, Provost, OSPRA) prior to submission. This form is routed through the appropriate adminstrative offices and must be submitted 8 business days prior to the grant submission deadlines with appropriate attachments.
