Project management is the application of knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to project activities to meet the project requirements. Below are the skills you need to be a project manager.

Research Skills – Project management can be a beneficial tool in acquiring the adequate resources to successfully complete a project.

Clerical Skills – Project managers are able to perform tasks related to the prompt documentation analyzation.

Logistical Skills –  To achieve various milestones are expected of a project manager. Project managers exhibit leadership capacities to ensure the project is completed in a timely manner.

Technological Skills – Learn how to improve on using software programs such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and many other systems that will support your project

Earning Potential –  According to Salary.com, the median annual Project Management Manager salary is $126,481 with a range usually between $112,597-$141,578.
