Global Crossroads Multicultural Festival Vendor Application

Please note:  This year there is a slight change to the vendor application process for 2018. To ensure we are providing our guests with the best experience we are requiring vendors selling food or goods to pay a nominal vendor fee to reserve a spot. 

VENDOR DEADLINE: October 15, 2018.  Space and electrical outlets are limited so register early.

FOOD VENDORS - Food vendors and food trucks.   
• Fee: all tables are 8-foot tables: $15 for one table, $25 for two tables or food trucks, $35 for three tables.
• We provide the tables and chairs.  No outside tables will be allowed. Structures blocking the view of the performance stage will not be allowed.
• Non- food truck vendors: cooking is allowed outside of the gym.  You will need to provide your own tent, however you can serve the food inside.  No open flames allowed inside the gym.
• Festival hours are 11:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. All vendors need to be setup by 10:45 a.m. Doors open at 11 a.m. and remain open until 4 p.m. Tear down will occur after 4:00 p.m.
• Vendors are responsible for compliance with state and local guidelines for food production and service.

MARKET VENDORS - Market vendors who sell fair-trade items, cultural handmade art, crafts and goods.
• Fee: all tables are 8-foot tables: $15 for one table, $25 for two tables or food Trucks, $35 for three tables.
• We provide the tables and chairs.  No outside tables will be allowed. Structures blocking the view of the performance stage will not be allowed.

STAGE PERFORMANCES, DEMONSTRATIONS AND STUDENT GROUPS - Dance troupes, music, performance, demonstrations, and cultural student organizations.  
• There will be no fee for Stage performances, demonstrations or student groups.
• If you need a specific time slot to perform please let us know and we can accommodate you.
• Student organizations and cultural educational booths are welcome, our goal is to provide cultural education to the community. 

GENRAL INFORMATION

  • No refunds will be given if vendors cancel.
  • Historic New Harmony is not responsible for injury, theft, breakage or loss of items that arise or come to the vendor during Global Crossroads. Security: General security will be provided during the event on Saturday.
  • Weather: Festival will be held rain or shine. Vendors are responsible for providing their own tents if needed for outdoor use.
  • Bank: All vendors will handle their own sales and should bring sufficient change for the weekend. There are no banks open in New Harmony on Saturday. There are ATMs available at Heritage Federal Credit Union, Marathon, Old Mill Mart and The Yellow Tavern.
