Leadership Skills for Women in the Workplace

In this four-hour program, participants will explore methods for women to be effective communicators and getting results with others in the workplace. Part One will address: why women traditionally lack power as leaders, women working in a man's world, men and women are wired differently, and leadership is not about popularity. In Part Two: program touches on business acumen, time management, ability to negotiate, ability to delegate, ability to set goals and self discipline. Upon completion, participants will be able to establish their position within a company as a leader in today's workforce.
