Reduce Stress and Feel Better

This class will help you reduce stress and feel better in your body by connecting with your authentic nature. You will learn simple practices that lead to a more balanced and purposeful lifestyle as well as enhance your daily habits. This class will be interactive with playful projects and hands-on fun.
