Sloba

Despite the title, Sloba is not always slow. Heart-pumping exercises alternate with mindful stretches. Exercises are taken from different disciplines like Feldenkrais, Yoga, Touch for Health, Kinestethic and Oriental Dance. Music varies from hip to meditation. Flexibility, core stability, balance and self-awareness are the main components in this unique fitness program. The instructor tailors each class to the individual needs of the attendees. Her knowledge as a massage therapist helps in addressing moving with pain, range of motion restrictions and postural habits.
