Herbs-Not Just for Cooking


Herbs are easy to grow and can be used in many ways besides cooking. This introductory class on using herbs will show you what to grow, when to harvest, and how to store them. Take home basic recipes for making teas, tinctures, and infusions, using water, oil, vinegar or alcohol.
