Phenomenal Women will recognize eight women in six categories:

• Community-at-large
• USI Graduate Student
• USI Undergraduate Student
• USI Alumni
• USI Faculty
• USI Administrative Staff
• USI Support Staff

Student nominees must meet the following requirements:

• Possess the following minimum GPA
  • Undergraduate: 2.25
  • Graduate:  3.25
• Be currently enrolled as a USI student
• Serve as a role model for other USI students
• Be a champion for diversity. 

Community-at-large, USI alumni and USI employee nominees must meet the following requirements:

• Show a demonstrated, profound impact on the lives of others in our community
• Serve as a role model for others in our community
• Be a champion for diversity.

Phenomenal Women of USI and the Community is a free public event presented by the University of Southern Indiana Multicultural Center with assistance from Old National Bank, and the Evansville Branch of the American Association of University Women.
