How to Request Existing Photos

Requesting images to be pulled from our digital archives for publication jobs, large format prints, banners, or photos that will be framed and displayed are available by contacting Barb Goodwin to set up a meeting to discuss what you need. Call 464-7130 or email Photo Services.

Requests for digital photos on CD must be made at or before the photo shoot. Cost is $3 per CD, charged to your department’s account. CDs may be picked up at the Publishing Services Center or sent via campus mail.

News and publication photos can be requested by calling Elizabeth Randolph at 464-1938 or email Photo Services.

Single digital images for the media may be e-mailed to the client at no cost, when time permits. All requests for existing photographs of student-athletes and athletic events are handled by the Office of Sports Information in the Athletic Department. This is to ensure compliance with any NCAA policies and regulations.
