USI faculty and staff may have a professional portrait taken for use in University publications, web pages, or professional publications.

Faculty and staff requesting a portrait appointment are expected to dress professionally. Helpful Hints for a Better Portrait (Printable)

Faculty and staff portraits are exempt from completing the Photography Request Form. There is no charge for this service.
