Publishing Services provides support for publications of the University of Southern Indiana.

Publishing Services houses a full-service shop coordinating the production of publications from initial idea to the last staple. Booklets, stationery, brochures, business cards, and invitations are examples of items we produce for the University community.

Our Services include:

• project planning consultation
• professional graphic design services
• skilled in-house offset printing and bindery
• copy production, including color copying
• variable data printing
• coordination of in-house printing of one-, two-, and three-color print projects
• estimation of job cost
• assistance with selection of appropriate printing paper
• acquisition of competitive bids for projects outsourced
• coordination with outside vendors to produce color and specialty projects
• economical chargeback function for completed projects

All publications, whether prepared in-house or outsourced, must be reviewed by the director for quality, content, logo/wordmark usage, copyright compliance, and postal regulations. Any off-campus printing or copying must have prior authorization from the director.
