Office of the Registrar

The Office of the Registrar is responsible for maintaining the integrity, accuracy, and utility of the academic records at USI.  Proper record management facilitates regulatory compliance and helps ensure administrative integrity of student data.  Control is maintained by adherence to professional, governmental, and accreditation guidelines. 

 

To ensure proper record management, the Office of the Registrar performs activities such as priority registration and registration, academic record keeping and certification, grade reporting, verification of graduation requirements, transcript evaluations for transfer students, and processing requests for data and information. The office is also responsible for student readmission processing, class schedules, the Degree Audit Reporting System (DARS), and the Office of Veteran Affairs.

Normal hours during fall/spring: Mon-Thurs 7:30am-6:00pm & Fri 7:30am-4:30pm

Summer hours resume May 13: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm
Monday, May 26	Memorial Day, No classes, University closed
Monday, June 16	Summer II Open Registration; open 7:30am-6:00pm

Monday, July 21	Summer III Open Registration; open 7:30am-6:00pm
