Readmission Procedures
Once enrolled at the University an undergraduate student, who for any reason does not re-enroll in a subsequent fall and/or spring semester, must initiate an Application for Readmission in the Office of the Registrar prior to returning to campus for the next enrollment. Degree-seeking readmission students are required to submit an official grade transcript from each institution attended since last attending USI. If a student discontinues enrollment for more than one calendar year, then the student must re-enroll under the current program requirements. A student may petition the department chair for permission to grandfather back to the original program requirements.Click here to initiate the Undergraduate Readmission process.
