The following is taken directly from the 2009-2010 Housing/Food Services Contract:

Residents may have guests of their same gender stay up to two consecutive nights in their apartment (no more than once per week). Due to limited parking, guests must have visitor-parking permits which are available through the Office of Safety and Security. By signing this agreement, residents agree to be financially and behaviorally responsible for their guests.
