Room Change Request

After October 24, 2011, room changes will be decided on a case-by-case basis. In order to obtain a room change, please review the following letter and fill out the room change request form. If you have any questions, please email living@usi.edu or call 812/468-2000.

Room Change Schedule

Spring Semester
-Monday, February 6, 2011: Room Changes Begin
-Monday, April 2, 2011: All approved room changes must be complete

Stay late requests for the end of Spring 2012 will begin being accepted in April.

ALL STUDENTS must check out, returning their key to the Housing and Residence Life office. After check-in has occurred, cancellations will not be processed without a check-out packet submitted to the Housing and Residence Life office. Cancellation of meal plans must be submitted directly to Food Services.
