The following housing services are conveniently offered on-line:

Housing Requests:

We strongly encourage you to complete the on-line contract. However, if you would like a contract mailed to you, please request a paper contact by emailing living@usi.edu or by printing off the above .pdf (Adobe Acrobat) version of the housing contract.

Change your apartment/res hall room or request a roommate - Apartment Change/Roommate Request Form - For Spring 2010 AND Fall 2010 Semesters.
Holiday Break request - to stay in Housing over the Winter Break
Request to enter housing before the designated period: Fall Classes begin January 11. Residents can return to housing January 9, 2010 . Pre-Approval from Housing and Residence Life is required to move in or come back early.
Request to stay in housing beyond the end of the Semester

Housing Deposit:

First time residents are required to make a $200.00 deposit when submitting a Housing and Residence Life contract. The $200.00 is refundable when the student leaves USI/Housing and Residence Life if the terms of the contract have been upheld.

Cancel contract and/or Deposit Request Form
Cancellations are being accepted without penalty until April 1st, 2009 (after April 1st, 2009 the $200 housing deposit is forfeited)

For information on meal plans please contact the food service office at (812) 464-1859 All meal plan adjustments or changes are handled by the food service office.

Guest Registration:

Guests must register by calling the Housing & Residence Life front desk at 468-2000, or may register online.

Neighborhood Watch:

Sign up to help keep Residence Life safe.
Check out metal engravers with a photo ID at the OSCARS office in the O'Daniel South Laundry building. Engrave your valuables with a driver's license number or university ID number.
