Please consult the “Resident Facility Self Help Guide” first with any maintenance issues that are the responsibility of the resident. If you require maintenance that is outside the residents responsibility, the following options are available to you.

Below are step-by-step instructions for requesting a maintenance work order or modifying an existing request. Requests can be submitted by the following two options. 

E-Mail

• Please include the following:

- Your Name and  Student  ID

-Apartment or Residence Hall building and number (i.e. 301 GOVERNORS or 800A BRANCH)
-Apartment phone extension (i.e. x2176)
-Description of the request, be sure to include if it is in the right or left bathroom/bedroom or common area

• From a campus phone, dial x2176 or from an outside line (812) 468-2176
• If no one is available to take your call, please leave a message
• Please include the following:

-Your Name and if possible Student ID

-Apartment or Residence Hall building and number (i.e. 301 GOVERNORS or 800A BRANCH)
-Apartment phone extension (i.e. x2176)
-Description of the request, be sure to include if it is in the right or left bathroom/bedroom or common area

 However, is this request could be deemed as an emergency, dial x1729. An emergency is any condition that may harm someone or cause damage to the facility. If the problem is not an emergency, you will be directed to the above options
