Primary Purpose

Essential Functions

 Essential Knowledge and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree plus two years related experience required.  Master’s preferred.

  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills required.

  • Experience with microcomputers, knowledge of database, word processing, spreadsheet, and electronic software required.

  • Strong customer service skills, the ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals, and project a positive image of Residence Life services required.

  • Experience in managing several diverse projects from start to finish including delegation of tasks, establishing timelines, meeting deadlines, and developing reports.

  • Strong group facilitation experience and presenting to a variety of audiences required.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality required.

  • Must possess a high level of integrity.

  • Must be able to work with a diverse student population

  • Must be able to live on campus.
