Primary Purpose

• Coordinate and supervise University apartments housing 575-600 students or a residence hall complex housing 500 students.

Essential Functions

• Provide service and assistance to students having personal, academic, lifestyle, and career concerns.

• Coordinate area wide programming efforts; assist with departmental programs.

• Administer and manage housing-wide disciplinary system.

• Assist in the development and implementation of a comprehensive training and in-service program for all paraprofessional staff.

• Work closely with other professional staff in regard to community development, programming and facility management.

• Assist with summer camps and conferences being housed in apartments and/or residence halls.

• Recruit, supervise, and evaluate paraprofessional staff.

• Rotate with other Residence Life supervisory staff as an on-call administrator 

• Assist with budgeting, student organization advising, strategic planning, paraprofessional and professional staff selection, and/or desk operations as assigned by the Director of Housing and Residence Life.

• Other duties as assigned.
