Nursing and Health Professions

The Nursing and Health Professions Living-Learning Community was created to allow freshmen interested in this field of study an opportunity to make an easier transition into college. Because residents are often taking many of the same courses, study partners or groups that naturally form have the added benefit of having classmates around when questions come up. The floor also provides a great support system for students as they can voice concerns about courses, grades, or professors to students who are having like experiences.

Each month the College of Nursing and Health Professions Student Housing Program offers a special activity for residents. These activities allow students to interact with faculty members in a relaxed, friendly, and fun atmosphere. Students also get direct answers to any questions they may have.

Being involved is a big part of the college experience. The Nursing and Health Professions Community is a great way to start expanding your horizons at USI. For more information, contact:
