Welcome! Welcome to the Residence Hall Council Website! RHC is a student run organization, split between the Newman & Governors and O'Bannon & Ruston residence halls at the University of Southern Indiana. USI is located in beautiful Evansville, Indiana and has a campus housing population of approximately 3000 residents. RHC is an offspring organization to the Student Housing Association. The purpose of RHC is identified in our mission statement as an "organization that works to build, maintain, and enhance residential community." RHC gives students a voice in the residence halls and provides excellent experience for students who wish to learn lifelong leadership and organization skills.
