The Real Story at USI
What do you want to do? There is so much going on!
The reality is that there are fewer big partiers than you might think. Many students don't drink at all, and among those who do, most do so in a lower-risk manner.
- 97.4% of USI students prefer to hang out with friends who don't drink or stay in control. No one wants to have to babysit.
- 98.9% of USI students prefer to date someone who doesn't drink or stays in control. And this rises to 100% for women! Don't be the person who no one wants to date.
- 81.9% of USI students have 0, 1, 2, or 3 drinks when hanging out with friends, and 56.8% say they don't usually drink at all!
- 67.2% of USI students have 0, 1, 2, or 3 drinks when going out to party, and 44.8% say they don't ususally drink at a party.
